Hillary wont let him. If he were to try and run she's got things on him that would make him change his mind quick.
Cant enjoy them solar powered cars if your too busy fighting Iran over here can you ?

Imagine had we spent 400B on clean energy and green cars, probably almost everyone would be driving one, a cheap one, powerful, with 80p solar pannels on the roof (heavily funded solar panel research would have gotten us to 80 percent efficiency around 2005, not the miserable 15 percent of today)
Instead we spent (wasted) 400B in Irak, the mess is not solved, plus we are still hungry for more oil
