The fact that you haven't left him speaks volumes about you!

You legally are not his wife because a man cannot be married to two women at the same time.

If he wants, he can leave you in either way whether he is married to you or not. You cannot stop anyone from leaving you, sothe best thing that you can do now is talking to him. Maybe he will be willing to divorce his wife and marry you. Is he planning to stay in the US for long? Is he seeing here his future in 10-20 years? At this moment you are living with a married man who is cheating on his wife. You are the other woman, sorry.

He's married to another woman with kids. His kids I assume.

Apparently he did not tell you he was already married when he met you .....

He should really get a divorce from her if that's what he wants. He can NOT be married to 2 people ... that's illegal... even in Mexico !

If he has a wife in Mexico, you are not his wife, he is not your husband and he can go back to his family any time he choses and there is nothing you can do about it.

Put it this way: if he cheated on his wife, what makes you think he won't cheat on you? Truth is that you're likely going to be in the wife's shoes before you know it. Regardless of whether he'll leave you or not, if you are smart you'll dump his sorry butt and find someone more appropriate to have a relationship with.

Honey, I have no idea what he will do. But marrying two women isn't recognized as legal in the United States, so he's got a problem.
I'm sorry to say it but his first marriage is the one that will be recognized by the courts if it comes to that.

What? Why is he married to you? Why did he flee Mexico? This doesn't make sense!! Is this a real question or are you playing jokes again?

unhhh...so your husband is breaking the law by being married to two women? He should be concerned if both of you will leave him, not the other way around.

I would say it is definately a possibility. If he didnt want her then he would have respected you and proven to you that he didnt want her by divorcing her. He left it wide open to go back and forth if he so desired. why would you marry him knowing this?

What you think is more important. Anyway he cannot be married to both of you at the same time that is illegal.
