The most overrated actor ever is Nicolas Cage. The guy is just horrible and a mouth breather (an annoying habit). How he won an Oscar is beyond me. He is unwatchable.

It might be easier to ask who is a really good actor or actress. There are so many bad ones, that the rare good one stands out.... like DeNiro or Pacino. I don't like Bruce Willis. He's the same character over and over and over.
