you will regret it because it was "forced" & you had your doubts in the beginning..what makes you think that you are going to change your mind right after you give in to their trust..

No one could ever force me to trust a person who has lied or cheated or betrayed me in some way.There is a saying that "The leopard does not change its spots" and so it is with people. I don't care how many times a person says "Oh I will never do that again" the chances are that he or she will. Trust is essential to maintaining any relationship on an even keel. As for me, betray that trust and I will tell you to take a long walk and I will never look back on that person again.

No, trust is something that someone must earn over time. You can commit yourself to trying to believe in someone (trust grows from here) but no... you cant force it hun.

GO WITH YOUR GUT INSTINCT.....if you feel that you have to force yourself, there is a reason.
I would never attempt to make myself trust someone, there is the possibility that someone could earn my trust.....but to force myself...or feel that I needed to that is a BIG FAT RED

Believe it or not, I trust first. I wait for people to give me a reason to not believe them. It has worked for me.

i don't know if you can FORCE yourself to trust others, your gut instinct would hold you back no matter what. i would trust my gut.
