Ifso, was it helpful? Or are there any other common organizations that offer Infant CPR that you found helpful?

my wife takes the one by the red cross every year for her daycare license. she says she always enjoys it bacause she gets to meet a lot of different people each time she goes - which makes the time go by quickly.

I did as a prerequisite for my massage therapy license. And scary enough, it came in handy 6 hours later when a lady wasn't watching her 9 month old choke on a gobstopper at the show I was working at.
But yeah, I agree with the other answers that it's a great idea to take it, and a lot of times, you can get signed up through local community colleges.

I teach it, and the Red Crosses class is good, and usually the easiest to find and usually about the cheapest in the area.

I was required to take it for my degree. I'm sure it's expired by now though. I think the certification only last one year. I think it's a good idea to have it. It never hurts especially if you're going to have a kid. You just never know what can happen.
