I watch it whenever I can (to catch up on episodes), but I wouldn't say it's the best show out there; it has a good premise but it's still rough around the edges, the acting could be tightened up a little bit more too

dexter is one of the best shows out there! it's the first show that LITERALLY has me on the edge of my seat as i watch. after i saw the first episode of the 1st season, i ordered the two books it was based on just to find out what was going to happen. even knowing the general outline, i still found it extremely suspenseful & cleverly written. (btw, the show is way better than the books...good job showtime!). check out the reviews for the first season DVD on amazon...145 reviews and it's still 5 stars.

It's one of the best shows ever! I refuse to miss an episode and often rewatch. It's one of the only television shows I watch actually. Clever, sexy, edgy, and suspenseful... I can hardly wait to see what happens tonight!

I am really loving the show. At first it was a wee bit slow but it picked up nicely. I was sorry he had to kill his brother though. That guy was charming and hot.
