How do I make picture change in powerpoint ??(not the background)?

Hi,

From the menu choose View > Toolbars and make sure the Picture toolbar is checked.

Then click on the picture. Click the "Effects" button (Macintosh only).

You have to open the picture for editing in another program, save it, and then paste it into Powerpoint.
