I can never seam to get it all out.

Start from the bottom roll the tub all the way up to the top (or as far as you can). If all else fails, cut the bottom of the tube and stick your toothbrush inside. That is, if you are the only one using the toothpaste.

Put the tube on a flat surface and use the back of a hair brush to push from the bottom to the top. It works every time.

Roll the tube from the bottom towards the tip, thats the way you can get the most of it. You probably can't get all of it because it will stick to the edges regardless.

you can put it on the counter and us like a heavey hair spray bottle and role it from the bottom the the toothpaste tube and it comes out!!!

wow a whole tub of tooth paste.......interesting!
Sorry, just use the end of the brush and push it to the top or buy it in the bottle and you can turn it upside down and get it all!
that is what I do!

i have this thingy....it came with some toothpaste once, and i've kept it, it rolls all the way up the tube and pushes it all out from the bottom until it's empty, it's pretty cool actually!

what we do at home is this.
we press our fingers on the tube from the bottom side towards the top,till there's no more toothpate to come out.

oh just la it flat on the counter and smooth your tooth brush up it and it will all go to the top and then if you need more cut it open.....OMG go to the store and get some pleeeeease

With some soft scrub and a lot of water. My question is... why do you have toothpaste in your bathtub?
