restart the comp.
press f8 while it is rebooting(you can keep pressing if you cant get it in time)

then go to safe mode

enter safe mode.

stuff will look real large but they will let you be an administater then go to control panel

from there go to user accounts

select the account you want to enter..

then change the accounts password..

then restart the comp. and login..

You burn the image to a disc, boot from the CD, and you'll have the ability to reset any password on the machine including admin password.

You need to be a little careful here.
If you change the password you may lose access to certain files.

You can't because there is a reason for it. Probably because you're a minor or someone doesn't want you to know their business.
