The Treaty of Versailles, fully described in an excellent book, 'Paris 1919' by Margaret Macmillan. The new Russian government did not participate in the negotiations or sign the Treaty as it had already concluded a separate agreement with Germany, the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk.

World War I Ended With the Treaty of Versailles.

The Armistice was signed on November 11, 1918, but that didn't end the war, it just stopped the fighting.
