I live in Texas. I love it here. I am near the Gulf of Mexico and several lakes. We have hot summers and mild winters. No one has a heavy coat in Texas because it just really doesn't get very cold. My life is good. I am proud to be an American and know that I am lucky to be one too. My job ia a high school teacher, grades 11 and 12. I would love to visit your little French town one day! And... you should come to Texas !!

I live in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. I am a painting contractor, art broker and part time dishwasher in a fancy restaurant. I am gay and I have 5 cats, 2 dogs and 4 birds. I live in a 3 bedroom house that I am renovating and have a big back yard with a deck off the back of the house and you can look outside while drinking coffee or cocktails and gaze at the wooded mountain behind us, sometimes it snows and it is beautiful. There is a red tail hawk in the neighborhood and an owl too. We live in a small city with many pubs and live music. I can drive around the corner from home and be sitting in one of those pubs within 5 minutes. Come visit.

I live part-time in Hungary (Budapest) and part-time in Las Vegas,NV.
You really are lucky to live where you do.I am so much more relaxed living in Europe. In the states it's all work and no play.I work in a casino in L.V.so I don't even enjoy the things this town offers. It's all about money. In Hungary life is much more real.

I live in the inner city. It is taal buildings, & alot of cars forming traffic which produces pollution smog. It's really gross & hard to breathe. Alot of crime goes on. We're experiencing home invasions here in Georgia. That's where someone knock on your door & shhots you when you answer. They rob you while you're dying. Even if you live in an apartment & have only 1 television. There have been alot of arrests of drug dealers. I used to live in the country. It was quiet & boring w/ less traffic & less crime.

high prices on everything, the illusion of freedom, even tho the only people that are truely free are our homeless....we are slaves to our jobs, since most of us dont own our own businesses, we are slaves to someone else...cant afford healthcare or to get sick....we get brainwashed daily with useless news tidbits while our corrupt govt slowly eats away at everything we thought we stood for....
