Hi I have seen the price that Wiis are selling for on ebay (£250+) and was wondering if I should sell it because the price I would get from selling it with one game (redsteel) and of course wii sports would be more than enough to get a 360 with HDMI port (Elite or any Gen 2 360).
If I should sell my wii what sort of price should I ask for?

if you haven't played it, go for it. and then save up to buy another one after the holidays.

i disaguree, the wii's are sold out because of the holidays (at least in this area of the U.S.) I think you could possibly get top dollar for it before christmas. Although in my opinion the wii is far better than the 360 so I wouldn't spend the money on that, you might see if you can sell it for 3 or 4 hundred dollars now, and then buy another after christmas and have enough for a few extra games too. But it's up to you

A friend of mine finally wised up and traded his in at gamestop. he got 190 for just the console and everything that came with it. Check the current prices on ebay and yahoo auctions, then see what you can get for trading it in at a game store. these things are so popular right now, you will get a bit more than you might expect.

As the other answer said, keep it and wait for Super Smash Bros: Brawl, then you will be glad you never got rid of it.
