Do you mean at the begining of the music video when he's on a date? If you go down to the "Plot" section it says Michael and his date are watching a scene from the movie "Thriller." It was a piece of the movie short they made for the music video also by the name of "Thriller."
Thanks for asking, I always thought this was some 70's werewolf film I never got around to viewing.
