Autumn is one of my favourite names EVER for a girl. It's much more mature than Summer, and Autumn seems more sophiscated and classy. Autumn Lily is beautiful. A season and a flower, perfect :)
Rose is probably the most popular name out there, but it's simple and sweet. I was thinking Ivy Rose as a name. It's cute and lovely.
My name is Susan, and I know that's the name of a kind of lily. It's a pretty name but the actual name of the flower is Black-eyed Susan, and for a while in grade 3 I got teased because of that, but it's still a lovely name.
My cousin's name is Flora, and it's such a cute name. It sounds very delicate and elegant, it's simply gorgeous!
Sapphire Rose is nice. Classy and sweet, and still elegant. Really pretty :)
Raine or Skye are two names I really love as a middle name. Jada Raine or Ruby Skye are really pretty.
April is also one of my favourite girl names. April Jasmine or April Jade is adorable, and she can go by AJ. April Skye is nice.too.
But, my favourite would still have to be Autumn Lily :)

I'd personally avoid the stereotypical Autumn, Amber, Jasmine, Jade sort. They tend to come across as more predictable/trendy and less a well-thought-out nod to nature, if you follow. ;)
Something common, but classic, such as Rose, Lily, Daisy, Ruby, Ivy or Violet, is always a lovely choice, but I also quite like some of the less expected options, personally!
Flora or Fiora
Azalea
Viola
Clementine
Rowan
Iris
Dahlia
Lilac
Lavender
Emerald
Elanor - literary floral reference
Marigold
Magnolia
Zinnia
Astra
Seren
Dara
Estelle/Stella
Soleil
Hazel
Hadassah
Sapphira
You can find more here: http://www.behindthename.com/themes.php I've linked you to the "theme names" page, since they've already grouped those with floral, gemstone, etc. meanings. ;) Hope it helps!

Fern, Ivy, and Iris are names that are familiar, soft, but not common. I especially like Fern.
Opal is pretty- more "modern" than Pearl.
Autumn is pretty, but depends on when the baby is born. Holly is pretty for a December baby. I like the name April, but I'm not sure it's appropriate for babies born in other months.
Gale (as in hurricane) is kind of old fashioned now, but with the right middle name, could be interesting.
