For not going to court to testify against her kids father. The police gave her the subpoena in hand, so she knew she had to appear or else. She is the one who filed the charge against him.
She said she wanted to keep him out so she can recieve child support. I kind of believe her, but I dont.
Why didnt she go to court?

What a deal! I've been there in her shoes. My ex husband would stalk me and actually terrorize me. I'd call the police, he'd get arrested and go to jail. I knew he'd sober up in the morning and they'd let him go. Vicious cycle. We have three kids, now grown ,together.I didn't want him back in any way shape or form, just wanted him to go on with his life. Incarceration long term didn't seem the answer...and I wasn't getting child support then. But that definitely would have come to play, believe me!

It is likely that she is a liar who fabricated the stories in the first place, to push the husband out of the life of *his* children.
Women do this all the time.
Because if she tell lies, if she goes to court and testifies, then latter is proven a liar she risks going to jail herself.
Beware of this woman! It is likely she is spiteful and hateful. Probably she is a unannounced feminist.
