if i ingest 3 moles of glucose molecules, how many CO2 molecules will i exhale???

C6H12O6 + 6O2 + 36 or 38 ADPs + 36 or 38 P --> 6CO2 + 6H2O + 36 or 38 ATPs

so 3 moles glucose would make 18 moles CO2

Multiply the number of moles glucose ingested by the number of carbon atoms in each molecule. That gives you the number of moles of carbon you ingested, and each carbon ends up as CO2.
