I did not drink many sodas for years but in the past year I have realized I traded half of my usual coffee imbibing up for Coca-Cola. The calories, the acid--I don't care at this point. I want sugar and caffiene.
I tell myself well it is cheaper than Crown Royal...and I don't become loop legged.
There a ton of other things I do that are not the healthiest, but hey have to save somethings for future Q's & A's.

Yes, sugar. I love sweets, esp chocolate. I quit eating chocolate for 3 yrs once, but I still wanted sweets and it was no worse than a lot of other desserts. Now I buy the 'fun size' and have 1-2 and that satisfies the craving and is much better than having none at all. With my food allergies, I've had to give up so many things I love, like popcorn and Doritos that I've decided to just enjoy my chocolate.

Oh, you're talking about weaknesses now, right? Well I am
diabetic and I love sweets. And I'm pretty good about trying
to use fresh fruit to curb that craving daily. But occasionally,
I am just too 'deprived' for the one thing I used to eat more
of in my slimmer and healthier days. And that was a hot fudge
sundae. So once in awhile, I give in and go to McD's where
they have a small sundae that I just have to have. And I man-
age to get the change for one and just have at it. I love hot
fudge on vanilla ice cream. And although none of it is good
for me, I throw caution to the wind, knowing how high my
sugar levels will be once I eat it. But it overwhelms me and
I just have to satisfy the craving. And I do!

I have Celiac Sprue which means I can't have anything with gluten in it. So that pretty much excludes everything but meat, frozen or fresh vegetables and fruit. On and butter, lactaid free milk and sherbet, and rum or wine is ok. So do I cheat?? You bet I do...who can live like that ALL the time!! My biggest cheat is pasta or sweets when out atothers houses or Church supper. I do try to be careful but it is very hard!! I don't think I do a very good job of it.

I lived in Cambodia for four years during the 1990's and became addicted to the Vietnamese-style coffee: strong coffee with a huge dollop of sweetened condensed milk. Although I try to eat a healthy diet and exercise, that's one treat I cannot give up! Except... I have a jumbo-sized cup of it every morning, not the cute little demitasse.

I guess I would have to say Cokes. I could drink several a day if I let myself but I try to stick to maybe one a week. Before I
had surgery they would cause my knee to swell and hurt worse. They cause some people to retain fluid and thus, swell. Now I only one a wk as I'm trying to lose a little weight.
Years ago I would sometimes drink cokes instead of eating some meals. I just love em'.

I traded everything & only use instant coffee & chickory for a perfect blend that gives me a bit o a boost & saves me from heartburn! I'll eat just about anything if I get hungry enough! I don't drink my Irish Whisky, I rub it behind my ears!

I have three, but I do limit myself a bit.
Potato chips: I've gone 2 whole weeks without them.
Fried Chicken or chicken wings, I've gone over 3 weeks without.
Beer: I had 2 the night before last.
