How is the name Kiara for a girl.Do you like other spellings Kiera/Keira?
Also what middle name do you suggest.The last name is Lopes.

Lovely name!
I think the spelling "Kiara" is lovely, but I like Keira as well.
I've always love this name. It seems sweet, classy and elegant. Perfect for a little girl or a woman.

I do like Kiara/Kiera/Keira, but prefer the classic spelling -- Ciara. ;) Especially given the current trend toward any and all K names, traditional Ciara, with a C, would actually stand out more! ;)
With the surname Lopes, something similar like Calista, Carolina or Clara might also appeal.
As to middle names, I'd look for something three or more syllables to balance out Ciara Lopes, personally.

I think they are different names. (I might be very wrong but I'm just giving my opinion.)
I think of Kiara as a three-syllable name rhyming with tiara.
Kiera and Keira are two-syllables - KEER-uh.
Anyway, I like them all, but I wouldn't say they are just three different spellings of the same name.
I like Kiara best and if you're going to use one of the others, I prefer Kiera.

I perefer Kiera...it's easier to say and looks better spelled out. It's a very nice name. Kiara also reminds me of "tiara" which is sort of pretentious.
