Well we did and still came out on top, and I don't wanna hear "Well Favre was out" because if he stayed in, We would have one by even more points cause he was off all night even before he got hurt. He spent a lotta time on the ground. I give mad props to Aaron Rogers, he came in and showed his stuff. He made an awesome debut. I was impressed. I just wanna hear the excuses, share please....

well make up your mind... do you wanna hear the excuses or not?
Favre made irrational decisions while he was in and cost the Packers a chance at winning the game.

Favre played poorly because he knew he was coming out against a high-powered offense, and fell into the trap of trying to overdo everything to stay on top. Everyone knows you have to score a lot to have a shot against Romo and 'Boys, but trying to force bad plays is what ruined Favre's previous couple of seasons. Aaron Rogers came in and took things slowly and patiently, and it showed in the run he gave Romo for the last 2 quarters.

I don't think anyone was guaranteeing or 100% sure that the Packers would beat the Cowboys, simply that they would demonstrate that the Cowboys are not invincible. Even in defeat, I would say the Packers did that well enough. The Cowboys are a strong team, but by no means unbeatable.

On a side note, lose the TO attitude and try being a little more gracious when your team wins. Just because your team is stocked with loudmouths doesn't mean the stands have to be also.

Oh, and a question for you...did you become a Cowboys fan before or after they won the Super Bowls in the 90s?

well I'm no Packers fan but i will say this.... just wait until the playoffs.. the result will be different

yes... Aaron Rogers did do an exceptional job, and Green Bay has some nice talent ready to back Farve up, and eventually become his successor

"Well we had Favre hurt and Woodson was out and KGB. If we play again we will win, in the NFC championship. Im going to go eat some cheese and have some whine." Im tired of all the excuses Dallas out played Green Bay and it really shouldnt have even been a 10 point game.

You can sure tell that Dallas was playing at home last night!! I hate the Cowboys and I don't like their fans either. What was the excuse the Cowboys used when the Pats rolled over them in Dallas??

i dont like either team but i mean every1's acting like they handled the packers.. it was a 3 point game with 3 minutes left (after their hall of fame quarterback had been out for 2 quarters) and a very questionable pass interference call set up a cowboys score and made it a 10 point game.. it coulda easily swung the other way.. im looking forward to that rematch in the nfc championship game tho

i think the excuse du jour has been "cowboys are lucky brett favre got hurt"...

sorry to say, but brett thought he was playing for the cowboys last night. every time the defense took the field, favre was finding wide open dallas players!

I am by no means a Packer fan, but, the refs were blind to 2 horrible calls. That definitely changed the momentum of the game.
Aaron Rogers was something.....I was expecting a mess but he did very well!

Are you proud of your little cowboy's team? The same one that will lose SB 42 to the mighty patriots? Enjoy it while it lasts, because come SB sunday, it will all be over when TB wins his 4th SB and 3rd MVP.
