This is one of those things that we, as humans with a very limited brain capacity, will not be able to understand. It's beyond our comprehension. We can wonder, we can think about it until we cry, but the truth is, we don't have any way to imagine it. It's not that there's not an answer - obviously there is an answer - but you must accept that you don't have any way to kinow. I don't usually tell people not to think about things, but this is the exception. We can figure out the nature of this universe, somewhat, but you'll never know while you're alive. Maybe that's what heaven is all about - understanding everything you cannot understand now.

The universe is, by definition, all that can be seen or observed. Since everything that exists is part of the universe, there can be nothing beyond the universe.
It sounds like you'd be really interested in cosmology, which is the study of the nature and history of the universe. "A Brief History Of Time" by Stephen Hawking is a good place to start.

Hi. Ever see the intersection of a wave crashing on a seawall? The intersection is not a 'thing' even though it is visible. (If the wave were perfectly parallel to the wall the intersection point would travel faster than light, but again it is not a 'thing'.) No need to cry, just thinking about it should give you pleasure! The only things we 'see' are photons. Try to think in terms of photons and the limits will not bother you so much.

The word "universe" means 'everything there is'. Therefore, there is no 'beyond the universe' since anything that would be beyond the universe would be just more of 'everything there is' so it would be part of the universe - there is no 'beyond the universe'.

We can only "see" so far at this time. We don't know what's beyond that. The universe does'nt end. There's always something beyond a wall........

I would suggest you take a class in logic, first, because without it you won't be able to appreciate the answer.
