You dont. Mixing wife with secretary wont work for you jealousy will come into play. To each is own I always say so if your into that kind of thing u need to go outside the inner circle do that with someone that neither you or your wife knows and will definitely not see eachother again. Good luck

Bad idea man, get the secretary off your mind and dont cheat. If you must do that then you are not worthy to be with your wife and get a divorce from her. Why would you want to fool around with them both. Dont you think that would be very upsetting to your wife not to mention akward to your secretary. Do you think she likes you in that way anyway?

For starters there are two women involved here.Your secretary; She may be a hotty, but ever considered that she may not be attracted to you at all It is not like you are god's gift to women are you?
And if she is she was probably hired by you for her looks not her skills A so called sleeper-upper type.
Second your own wife. You are willing to belittle her and humiliate here for your own pleasure.

kay, if you and your wife have never done anything like this before, who is to say that she will even want to do it?? you need to ask her how she feels about having another in the bed and depending on her answer, then you should say something to her. oh, and how do you know if the new secretary will go for it as well? did you two already talk about it??

I would tell her from a LONNNNGGGGG distance, down the end of a phone. Be aware that the secretary may join in just to have your wife, and will likely ignore you!! a pay increase will still be mandatory!

Get a grip.
What you seem to want is to both lose your wife AND lose everything else in a sexual harassment suit.
Is it really worth it?
Unless you have reason to believe that both your wife and your secretary will go for it -- and I don't mean fantasy reasons, but actual, in the real world reasons -- you stand to lose your marriage, and your job or business, and your house, and kids, and car, and everything else.
My advise? Keep it in your pants.

I suggest that you first get a good lawyer for the harassment suit brought by your new secretary. The, when you approach your wife about the menage-a-trois wear a helmet and jockstrap with a cup.

Well Jason, unless your wife has given you some kind of indication that she would be open to such an arrangement, you don't.
I personally have never been involved in such an arrangement but I know many who have. It never works. Someone always gets jealous and someone always get hurt.
I don't think it is wrong to be attracted to someone else and I don't think it is wrong to fantasize about someone else. We're all only human but anything more is cheating.
If you are so attracted to her and it is going to cause problems in your marriage, I say get rid of her. It isn't worth it.

This is wrong on so many levels.....The last person that you should think about doing a 3some with is someone you work with.....and you are only asking for trouble by inviting others into your "bedroom festivities".....I know because I have been there and it was a MAJOR factor for the demise of my first marriage...
