When I was working, I had to allow 30 to 40 minutes. Now that I am retired, it's about 5 minutes + 10 minute shower.

About 5 minutes in the morning. Roll out of bed, pull on clothes, brush hair and teeth. I shower at night, so that's another 10 minutes if I don't blowdry my hair.
