is there any way i can change the audio from german to english?

If you downloaded it, 99% of the time it will not come with other languages, if you downloaded the 4GB or other size file of the film then yes audio select may be in there. But if its an avi copy of the film and its not in english, well you just downloaded the german film and need to RE-Download the film with english.
Or see if they have english subtitles and you can add with it. This is much harder but its possible. Next time read what people say about it in the forums, most will generally tell you if its a good copy, virus, or in another language.

Click on File > Properties > Languages > Options then unclick German and Click on English

Possibly check your audio playback availabilities you may be able to change it to english via that but really next time when you search put ion Eng this will search for english only.
