Bad, I'd give it a 3. Integrated graphics cards won't do much in terms of 3D graphics or graphics power.

Yes

GMA X3100
The GMA X3100 is the mobile version of the GMA X3000 used in the Intel GL960 and GM965 chipsets. The X3100 supports hardware transform and lighting, up to 128 programmable shader units, and up to 384 MB memory. Its display cores can run up to 333 MHz on GM965 and 320 MHz on GM960. Its render cores can run up to 500 MHz on GM965 and 400 MHz on GM960. The X3100 display unit includes a 300MHz RAMDAC, 2 25-112MHz LVDS transmitters, 2 DVO encoders, and a TV encoder. They are also now included in the new Apple Macbook range, replacing the GMA 950 chips. They can also support DirectX 10.

Its about a 9

it's decent... but remember two things

1) it's a "mobile" version of a better card thus it is going to run at slower speeds to conserve power and reduce heat.. so it's preformence is going to take a hit

2) it's an integrated card.. most integrated cards aren't that great.

I'd give it 5 overall, but it depends on what your going to do with it... gaming? a 5 maybe 6. #d design such as auto cad ect.. it's get a 4. email and web broswing, chat things like that the it's gonna score a 10+. sooooo

gaming = get a better card that is not integrated video
3d design type of stuff = same as above
web browsing and email level stuff = would work fantastic

If your into high graphics for example your Adobe Photoshop, I really recommend NVIDIA, the GeForce series.

But yes that graphics card sounds fair.
