Going to a lower law school first won't help you. It would hurt your chances.

What you need to do to be qualified to get into Harvard Law is get an undergraduate degree from as good a college has possible, have a high cumulative average and have a high LSAT test score. Doing this will make you qualified -- but Harvard turns down more qualified students than they accept. however -- if you are qualified to get into Harvard, you would certainly get into SOME good law school.

What you need to do NOW is get great grades in High School. Take as many AP and Honors classes as you can. Do well on your SAT and then go to as good a university as you can.

BTW -- Harvard is not the top Law School. Yale is.

You'll need to do well in high school to be accepted into a University to get a Bachelor's Degree, then you will take the LSAT test your last year of college, and they take that score, combine it with your college GPA from your college transcript, and either you will be admitted to Harvard Law School, or you will be admitted to another one. Not everyone who is qualified to be admitted to Harvard Law is admitted. By the time you get to the point to apply to Harvard, you will know to apply to several key Law Schools which you will have already analyzed, and you may decide to not even be an attorney by the time you get through high school! You may decide to be an engineer working with artificial intelligence, or a scientist or a doctor. Who knows?

you got so much time ahead of you and obviously a ton of research. Its good to look into it now, but highschool has no bearing on law school. Its all in your college preformance. When you get to college you do 4 years of college and to get into harvard you will want a 3.7+.. then you take the LSAT and if you do good your in.. obviously theres more but its really nothing for you to worry about right now, just go have a good time in highschool!

You need a 4-year college degree in something (so you've got about 8 years to go), high college GPA (they won't ask for your high school transcripts), and high LSAT scores (which you take at the end of college).
