Not a guy but when my older brother was in 1st grade in Catholic school, he got it caught and my mom had to take him to the ER.
He's 39 now and we still tease him about it.

omg, my boyfriend was in a car accident last yr and broke his arms so I was helping him pee and I got him caught, just by like a couple hairs and maybe a tiny pinch of skin he was sooooooooooooooo mad hahahahahahah

No,but I know one guy in my school did and had to be sent to the hospital for surgery.
