I quite like both, but I'll go with Ingrid simply because it's more intriguing. ;)
Sarah is obviously a solid, classic choice, and I quite like the possible nicknames Sadie or Sally, but I've just known so many Sarahs over the years. Only one Ingrid, however ... and she was lovely! ;) Definitely one of those names you have to come across in real life to truly appreciate. I've seen some of the "old lady" type comments, and "my" Ingrid was anything but. Young, intelligent, artistic, attractive ... dare I say sexy? ;) The name totally worked for her.

Sarah is gotten to be a very common name right now so I think Ingrid is a much better name. You don't want her in a class with 3-4 other girls named the same.
Best of luck

Why not both.?
Sarah Ingrid sounds lovely (just make sure your last name doesn't make it a word, like SIT or SIN)
