The fire may take too long and be slow and painful and the lions probably wont all die at the same time and they do eat each other and have survival instinct in times of famine. But my ex's...none of them know how to shoot and it's a law that if you survive an execution you are set free! So number two is the only way to go for me!

Easy, the third room because the lions are dead from starving because, as you said it, they have not ate in 3 years time.
However, if the lions were still alive, just starving, I would choose my exes simply because they would shoot very quickly and often. My guess it would be over so quick and the shook would prevent me from feeling the pain.

I would have to choose the second. I doubt that they'd want me dead (honest), but since I've (hypothetically) commited a crime and deserve to die, I'm certain they'll off me with the swiftness, with the least amount of suffering and as humane as you possibly could...umm...with loaded guns(?).

I'll go with the lions that haven't eaten in 3 years, they have MORE THAN LIKELY died of starvation so I'd be pretty safe
