never had one to know personally, but unfortunately i know a few people who have had multiple abortions.
so in that, i would say no.
this is in no way judgment, when i say unfortunately, it is because it is an unfortunate situation i wish no one would have to go through.
and because they have had multiple. i say it may not reduce your chances because if it did, they would not have a number of them. also they have children that are healthy with no complications in preg. delivery, or growth/ development.

having an abortion does not keep you from getting pregnant, in fact, just like when you have a baby the fertility monitor kicks it up a notch and you are more likely to get pregnant in the 6-8 weeks after the abortion. And if you do get pegnant that soon after the first abortion most places won't perform a second one that soon. Meaning you would have to have the second baby after you are already messed up in that areafrom the abortion. In some cases a bad abotion can make a woman sterile, but that's usually due to an error on the doctors part or an infection from the abortion.

Most women are able to go on and have a normal fertility rate, healthy pregnancies, and deliveries. There are occasions which could complicate your ability to conceive or successfully maintain a pregnancy. But there is usually only happens due to complications that you would be aware of. If you an a normal abortion, without any complications, then most likely all will be fine. BTW, sorry others are being so mean.
Take care and best of luck!!

Take no notice of some of the small minded people on this site that are too up their own *** to be kind and not realise that there are so many different situations that give people little choice but to end their pregnancy.
I was raped and got pregnant. I had a termination at 11 weeks and years later i am now married and 33.4 weeks pregnant. I have no regrets about what i did and it hasn't affected my fertility. Alot depends on how far along the pregnancy is before you terminate. I f you are concerned see your doctor.

If you have had more than one, it can. Before an abortion can happen, the doctor needs to force the cervix to dilate. If the cervix gets manually dilated more than once, it may not close completely and you could have a difficult time carrying a baby to term.
Fortunately, if you speak to your OBGYN about this, he will know what to watch for and he can even stitch the cervix closed if need be to avoid such complications.
PS: Others should not be so quick to judge!

It could, especially if you are damaged by the instruments, or if you get an infection scars you.
I suffered a severe infection after mine back in the 80's.
I had a miscarriage in 1998, then just had a baby in Feb2006, and am 5mo pregnant with baby #2.

No it doesn't but be sure you want to be pregnant, too many abortions can make you unable to get pregnant and if you do get pregnant you might not be able to carry the baby.

Yeah. Not the first time, but if a person has numerous procedures, scar tissue starts to build up and makes it damn near impossible.

If there are complications during the procedure yes! It can wreck your reproductive system. When they (suck) abort the fetus out they can damage your fallopian tube(s).
