Your sign isn't offensive- you aren't calling anyone names; you are reproducing Santa's laugh. Tell your neighbor that he or she is too sensitive- in a nice way or the poor dear will be crushed. ;-)

Your neighbor is strange, and maybe even a Scrooge. Now if the decoration had Santa standing next to a skimply dressed woman and saying hohoho he'd have a point.

This is because in Austrailia a bunch of Santa's were told it was offensive to women and they should say Ha ha Ha instead. It was a uproar and the Santa's walked out. IT's not offensive. This made the news because how how crazy the story is. I think you neighbour was just wanting to point out this story. Actually it's terrible how far some people go with things. LET THE SANTA'S HO HO HO.

Nope not offensive. Not in the least. Can't stop Santa from HoHoHoing and I won't be calling my tree a "family tree" either. No debate in my house. Grew up traditional and intend to stay that way. Hope you don't take it down.

Sounds like your neighbor got wind of what was happening in Australia and jumped on the band wagon. Your sign is not offensive, period, end of story. What...is your neighbor afraid a bunch of whores are going to picket the neighborhood because of your Christmas sign??! People are amazing.

Your neighbor is way too up-tight. Don't worry about it, hohoho is not offensive, it is what santa clause says. if it was 'hoehoehoe'...now that would be different. Don't listen to her. Happy Holidays!

OK, please explain to a little 70-year old who hasn't yet caught up with this ho ho ho rubbish which going around at the moment.
Am I to understand that it has now become an alternative to whore? That's the only thing I can think! Trying to keep up with you youngsters is doing my head in!!!!
For goodness sake! Let's get on and celebrate Christmas or Chanukah or Divali (sp?) or St. Lucia or whatever and put aside all this silliness. Tell your neighbour I've been a woman longer than she so I reckon I should have the deciding vote!!
Merry whatever you call the Feast of Lights, everyone.

Your sign should not be considered offensive. That is just crazy. Keep your sign up. Do we not have a garden utensil that is called a hoe. I guess we need to take all of those away and burn them. This is all getting way out of hand. And yes I say MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! I know that is now offensive, too.
I hope you have a Merry Christmas and enjoy your sign, HO HO HO!!!!

is your new neighbor australian? or jewish? or something else without santa? cause, santa has been saying ho ho ho for like, forever now and people are just now becoming offended? and what's up with a new neighbor acting like that? does that worry you about living next to this person? it would totally tick me off and make me wonder in i needed to move. maybe santa should be offended by the use of his cheery greeting. besides, you might say, check out that hoe...look at that hoe....man she is such a hoe....but when is the last time you heard somebody shout ho ho ho at a group of women? ugh, people like that drive me nuts. i so would put that on rottenneighbor.com just to make myself feel better.
