Probably not. It will take a more influential kook to admit the truth before they jump on the band wagon.

Its working to keep peace in Iraq, how is it working for us? Its taking hundreds of thousands of the best, most productive American citizens out of productivity in our economy and onto the US government's payroll. And is there any evidence that pulling the troops back won't leave Iraq in turmoil again? The surge can't be said to have worked until we can bring troops home (that hasn't been done yet).

The moderates probably will. The lefty loons aren't interested in reality.

To the poster that said that Iraq doesn't want democracy. The PEOPLE do. That is what we are there for, the people. If they don't want it then why did they go out and vote??

I think everyone deep down believes the surge is working. Ok? I still need to know why it is necessary to have our soldiers in harms way to allow a country that doesn't want a Democracy, to have one?

You're being sarcastic, right? Informing Democrats of this fact, isn't going to get them on the side of supporting this war. There's a thing called "denial", and it happens to be a Liberals middle name. Look, even the Democratic Liberal wack jobs are attacking Hill, and Bill Clinton for 9/11 these days. I'm shocked! Well, since to a Democrat, before, everything they did was right, and Bill didn't do anything wrong with Monica.....I wonder if Hill did?

He also said: "The fact remains that the war in Iraq cannot be won militarily, and that we must begin an orderly redeployment of U.S. forces from Iraq as soon as practicable."

Yes, Mr Boortz. They will follow. And at this point, it
will not hurt the DEMOCRATS. Because America, at
large is sick of the Republican Party. No more GOP.

You skipped the rest of the article where it talked about the Iraqi govt. failing to make any progress.....so in other words, we have less deaths, but have made no progress.
