I will tell you this: I saw clean and dirty toilets everywhere. You just don't know when you come across a clean/dirty one. It's a Russian roulette. I saw one 'decorated' in a Subway in Park Ridge, IL and it was horrible. I couldn't swallow my Italian BMT. And my son was like "Why is it this way?" And me, between gags, tried to just ignore the punk. There are stinky ones in my local library. I've been to Hancock once and there was toilet paper on the floor and overflowing frome waste baskets. Dirt knows no riches.
