Okay, I'm going to give you benefit of the doubt...
I'm thinking you meant to ask if I've seen my father's penis, as in he is comfotable with nudity and being guys and such, there is no shame or need to cover up when we are hainging around the house, or at the gym. In this situation, yes, I grew up seeing my father (and brothers) naked all the time.
If you are truly asking if he whips it out to show me...you need therapy.

No, he doesn't. If you are a minor and your father is showing you his penis, you need to speak to someone about this. This is inappropriate behavior in any situation,

he doesnt show it but if you are a boy you might see it if you are showering or changing clothes, there is nothing wrong with seeing it.
