it depends on your cycle -- most women have an average cycle of 28 days, day 1 beginning on the first day of menstruation, and ending on the first day of the NEXT mentruation (which is also day 1 of the *following* cycle.) using this, track your last period if you can on the day you started, to the day you were suppose to start next -- on this scale most women ovulate on day 14 or 15, so whatever day 14 or 15 would be on that cycle pattern would more than likely be the day you concieved -- though there is a three day window a woman can concieve after ovulation, though the chance lessens with each day, so the best bet is day 14-15.
If your cycle is a lil longer or shorter, it may vary, so the *best* way to be certain is when your far enough along to get a good sonogram, the DR should be able to tell you your conception date.

The correct answer will be the day when your husband's sperm end up meeting Ms. Egg. Now, to translate it into something easy, You need to know the following,
1. The day you ovulated- released your eggs from your follicles.
2. The first time you had sex with your husband after that day.
3. It is possible that the actual fertization could have taken place within 2~3 days after you ovulated. Since you have sex everyday, it is hard to tell which copulation actually resulted in the meeting of the Egg with the sperm.
Please keep in mind that the sperm from an earlier copulation (before you actually released yor eggs) could have done the trick also since sperms can live inside for sometime. In this case, your actual time will be as soon as the sperm met the egg.

Take the birth date of your child and subtract 270 days. If not precise. You'll be well within the ballpark as to the date of conception.
If you are truly having coitus (sex) EVERYDAY, you'll be hard pressed to ever discover a definitive answer.
