Someone once told me that you can tell a lot by a persons car inside, if it's messy, their house will be messy and so on. So what's the inside of your car like?

I put my mail on the floor of the car and it looks frightful so I would guess it could represent my house. I am overwhelmed by paper, junk mail, burn barrel mail. I am clean enough to be healthy and messy enough to look lived in. lol. Thanks for the smile.

I think it's true... my husband's car is a bit messy, it's got a lot of junk in it, and he's got a ton of stuff in the garage he needs to go through, but keeps putting off (he's a pack-rat, big time).
Our "family" car, the one I drive the most, looks lived in--there's toys in there, the carpet could be used to be swept, but overall, it's clean, and my house is the same way. I'm not a perfectionist, and I can't organize to save my life, and we have just a bit too much "stuff" and not enough room. So my house will NEVER look like Martha's house, but it's not messy either.

Yes both are a little messy. I believe this is for the most part true. I've seen a lot of people who's cars and homes were equally disgusting.

My car is messy and my house is clean, so I don't think that is true at all.

interesting...I do not totally agree with that, but I suppose there is some truth to it. My car is not the cleanest...I do not vacuum or take it through carwashs often (that's why we have mother nature! haha)...but, it is also empty of all and any clutter.
My house is very clean, no clutter...but I do vacuum it on a regular basis and in a sense...put 'er through the wash quite often.

I do agree with your statement. My future-in-law always keeps their car messy and dirty and that is how their house looks like also. I always sulk when i am going to their house.

Yes, I do think that adage is true. Right this moment, the inside of my car has some "stuff" that needs to be put away.

My truck is neat and tidy.. the house is a little cluttered (2 small kids), but my wife's car is a disaster area...
