I just watched my daughter paint her toe nails and put on her western boots. I'm just curious if I have a strange daughter or if other females do this. LOL

its just like when women wear sexy underwear. it doesn't matter that nobodys going to see it, it just makes us feel sexy even when we're having fat days!!!!!

we paint them for ourselves. She could have changed her mind about the shoes she wanted to wear, or she's planning on wearing open toed shoes sometime this weekend - just so happens she may have had the time to paint them now instead of later. Toe nail polish lasts a lot longer than 24 hours :o)

I love painting my toes but i have no choice but to wear a covered shoes in my working environment.

I wonder that too...I mean, I like painting my toenails..its fun and everything, but I don't do it in the winter because I usually have socks and/or shoes that cover my toes.

Because we never know when we'll be exposing our toes and need to be prepared at all times, just like shaving your legs and wearing jeans! You're daughters got the right idea, I'd be careful with her lol!!

Toes aren't always for show. We paint them so we feel good. Besides, if I sprain an ankle or something and end up in the hospital...I want my feet looking good! lol

I do this all the time.
I just like to look at my toes painted weird colors like blue and stuff.

I usually only paint my toes in the summer... I agree, there's not much of a point if you aren't wearing open toed footwear.

It is a image thing. It makes women feel pretty to wear polish on their toes even if it doesn't show. It also looks nice if you decide to go barefoot. (Everyone does this)
