Strengths: the company is a leader in its field, with a large market share. Weakness: management problems. Trying to run that many stores is difficult, and there have been some problems with service levels. Opportunities: to correct the above weakness. To find new products to enhance the existing line. Threats: Lowe's, which of late has been doing a better job of managing the business.

There are no wrong answers as long as you can back them up. So what do you think the opportunities are? I know you can do this. Don't think too hard or deeply. It's not meant to be that difficult.
