Some do yes. They decorate have a x mas tree and give presents. They also do a feast of a meal for that day. They see it as a day to give and get presents. And as a reason to go gift shopping. Many of the people we know that decorate and celebrate Christmas day, do not believe in God.

My sister is an aethesit, and i don't really call myself a christian, but we both celebrate christmas with our family. To us, christmas isn't so much about jesus' birthday as it is about giving and love and family. It's the same way with jews, buddhists, and other non-christian folk. It's basicly the same spirit as christian christmas, just not with all the religiuos stuff.

My friend is an atheist and she celebrates christmas... she just calls it christmas, and instead of focusing on the birth of christ, she focusses on Santa Clause

Everyone celebrates christmas in one way or another. People who do not believe in God mostly refer to Christmas as X-mas or call it simply "the holidays". They will work their way around connecting it to Christ.

Ummm... I..... Ummmmmmm.... Last year I called it.... ummmmm.... trying to remember.... ummmmm.... Oh Yeah... Christmas.
Forgot for a second that the Christians usurped the holiday from the pagans, slapped a name on it in an effort to convert them. Christians are good at slapping things.

Yeah, they do- why? Another reason to get gifts, apparently. Sort of hypocritical actually. "Oh, I don't celebrate, but I'll totally take advantage of all the great sales" "Oh, let's take God's name out of everything, but I'm right there for the 50% merchandise" Come ON!! Celebrate THE BIRTHDAY, People!
