My system was connected to UPS having backup of 10 minutes. Whenever there is some power undulation system is getting rebooted. What settings need to be made in system to get rid of this? Is there any other ways?

How old is the UPS unit? If it is too old, the battery may not be working correctly, not cutting in quickly enough.

Time to replace it, I think.

What you need to do is get a PROPER UPS with permanent filtering, that actually uses the mains to constantly charge the batteries and at same time uses an inverter to create CLEAN AC power for pc.

A simple UPS will only kick in on a power loss where voltage goes down a lot, brown outs are not always cared for. Also contact supplier of UPS, might simply be FAULTY !
