I'll start off with a couple-
John Tavares uncle, John Tavares is the all time leading scorer in lacrosse.
Goalie Zac Bierk is the brother of former Skid Row lead singer Sebastian Bach and Canadian actress Dylan Bierk.
Mike Comrie's father and uncles are the founders of The Brick furniture company.
Shane Doan is the cousin of Olympic Gold medalist Catriona LeMay Doan. She is a looker too, lol.

Joe-On Saturday February 18, 2006, the Buffalo Bandits defeated the Minnesota Swarm by a score of 14-9 in front of 12,458 fans at HSBC Arena in Buffalo, New York. In that game, John Tavares tied the NLL Career Points (goals + assists) record at 1,091 points held by Gary Gait, who had retired after the 2005 season.
On Saturday March 4, 2006, 10,961 fans witnessed history. On that night, the Buffalo Bandits played their 7th regular season game again hosting the Minnesota Swarm, and John Tavares scored two points in an 11-8 loss. The first was his 1,092nd career point, the record-breaker, which was an assist to Mark Steenhuis who scored a power-play goal at 11:57 in the second period. (The second point, Point 1,093, was also an assist to Steenhuis in the third period.) Play was stopped, and Tavares was given the game ball.

You mean Sheldon Souray's exwife lol. Matt Cullen's younger sister is a champion diver/swimmer in college. Also she may be going to the olympics. That I am not sure of. Of course he has two younger brothers who play pro hockey as well. Mark and Joe Cullen. Mark won the Calder with the Houston Aeros if I'm not mistaken.

ok nothing like yours but Brendan Shanahan is my friend Samantha Shanahan's dad's cousin but she has never met him (she doesnt care much about hockey, she like CFL). lets see... oh ya my History teacher's daughters boyfriend works for Leafs TV. my teacher knows im a Leafs fan(so is he) so he told me that her daughter's boyfriend couldnt get a job ANYWHERE & then BOOM he gets a job for Leafs TV. he works with the computers; things such as update the site, add news & etc. sometimes he gets to go on trips with Leafs TV when Leafs are on the road. Mississauga's Mayor, Hazel McCallion sat on the board of OWHL (Ontario Women's Hockey League). she worked to get more Ice time for girls' hockey. she helped build the Hershey Centre(in Mississauga) where the Majors (OHL) play right now. she also helped the OHL Ice Dogs (when they were Mississauga's) become a franchise along with Don Cherry. shes like 86 now+ she can skate & all. i thought it was amazing that she is our Mayor.

I know Larry Bertuzzi quite well, he has handled a lot of legal work for the NHL in the past. I thought everybody knew that one because in the first few days after the Moore/Bertuzzi incident they kept saying..."Todd. nephew of Lindros arbitrator Larry" to the point where I thought 'nephew of arbitrator Larry' was Todd's middle name
