Yes and No.
Only the first 50 Thumbs Up will add extra points to the person's score. It does not say PER DAY.
And, that is only for OPEN questions. There is still a "glitch" in the system whereby if the question is RESOLVED (CLOSED), then the person never receives any additional POINTS. You can give Thumbs Up till the cows come home, but you are not awarding anyone any extra points.
