the same problem arise

Try pen drive in another PC, if it works there, problem is your windows install.
If Not, get drive exchanged.

If it seems to be windows, try the following
IN device manager, DELETE ALL USB ROOT HUBS and USB devices (disconnect the thumbdrive first and other USB Devices) Restart system, let it "refind" all the USB ports.
Still no luck get motherboard CD and reinstall the USB port drivers to refresh all USB port stuff, tehn repeat above step.

The pen drive may require a configuration file that you might have deleted. If so there might be a restoration program from EATON but you might be S.O.L. and have to buy a new one.
