just bought sonic rush can't seem to get passed zone 2 (water) any cheats or ideas

Try harder? Why buy a game only to cheat on the second level? If you're playing it on a flashcart there's probably AR codes on Gamefaqs.com if you insist on cheating.

when ur under water every now and again you need to find an air bubble or else youll die.

try not to stay under the water for too long :)
