I do. At what point will humans realize that we're all part of the same species, living in one environment. Sure, other species have infighting, it's well-documented in nature, but humans are set apart because we are conscious beings that are aware of our own existence. The fact that we have the ability to perform critical and rational thinking, and the result has been, well, what it is now, makes me believe that we, as a species, have indeed gone mad.
The scarier question? Would earth (and all its other lifeforms) be better off without humans?

Yes of course. I remember feeling safe in my surroundings when I was younger (17+) and now I think about if I will make it home safely. I just recently saw something the other day that made me feel so afraid. Some people just do not have any respect for each other these days.

No. I think it has always been mad. Almost everybody is out for themselves. Political leaders always live in luxury while their constituents face poverty. Religious leaders always live in luxury while continually asking their believers for more money.
People grab the slightest chance to sue companies just because they can, and it doesn't cost them anything.
Nobody accepts personal responsibility for anything they do wrong - it is always someone else's fault.
Just look at the news. Somebody goes to a bar, gets drunk, leaves, stumbles out in the street and gets run over. Is it his fault? No chance; it's the bartenders fault for doing what he is paid to do - sell alcohol - and not doing what isn't his responsibility to do - keep the drunks sober.

Yes the world has gone mad.
When two bit countries that aren't fit to exist demand death for a middle age woman who named a teddy bear Mohamed, and we sitt back and say nothing...well we deserve what we get.
Vatchy you must live in Canada......I live there and you are so right brother!!

The world was always mad-- war, religious hatred and government corruption isn't anything new. Only the media makes it openly available for all to see like never before.

Yes, the world is becoming too lazy wanting the government to take care of every need rather then doing it themselves.
