my Warlock is level 31 and everyone keeps on recommending different specs, wich one should i do

From my experiance ( 70 gnome lock and 67 undead lock) go demon with 5 pts in aff for improved corruption to level to 70 then respec for a aff/dest mix to soot your play preferances.

Go with the one that YOU want to. I really hate that about WoW how everybody tries to bully/convince you to do a certain build, especially end-game and in guilds. The very fact of the matter is that nearly all builds have their merits and when played properly are just as good as any other build.
I have a PVP melee hunter that people really love to laugh at until they get stomped, which is generally the case.
Long story short, do what you want and find a way to make it work.
