i think Nebraska
i know notre dame's recruiting class, but that is deceiving, you take a look at their recruits they get tabbed as 4 or 5 star recruits simply because notre dame is recruiting them, the classes are rated higher because it is notre dame, don't get me wrong i think notre dame being good is good for college football, i am not one of those people that hate notre dame, i know the history, i know the tradition, i do think they will also improve but i just think Nebraska will improve a little faster, as fas as ole miss i love the SEC but it is hard to consistently be good at ole miss, it will depend on the coach obviously but look at the history they are up and down.

Not Notre Dame - still has a long way to go and Charlie Weis needs to get serious about recruiting defensive players and not just offensive. He's stubborn in that regard.
Not Ole Miss - Yes, they got a new coach who I think will help them out, but overall he needs to start doing his recruiting before that program really gets back to form.
Yes Nebraska - Not trying to knock the Big 12, but Nebraska's schedule isn't that bad and most of their problems, I believe, were on the coaching end. Callahan wasn't a good coach for the Oakland Raiders and he definitely wasn't a good coach for Nebraska. Depending on who Nebraska hires, I think they have the biggest shot of making the quickest turnaround.
But we shall see...anything can happen in college football, as we saw this year. A lot of the players are very excited at Ole Miss with Nutt and they could potentially step it up under his leadership. And Notre Dame, well...they're NOTRE DAME!! Hate them, but can't deny their history.

Notre Dame by far. They have some of the best recruits in the country but they are mostly on offense.
I do think that Weis needs to concentrate on the defensive side of the ball more but for some reason they have a tough time recruiting top defensive players in the country.

Notre Dame...If Weis is worth anything as a coach, he will because he is so far getting the top recruiting class next year and the year after...Problem will be he might not be around to coach them if ND is bad next season...He better figure it out...
