I'm currently on my surgery rotation in medical school (I'm in my 3rd year of school). We typically round on patients at 6am every morning, and then again at 3:30pm every afternoon (the afternoon rounds last about 2-3 hours).
TheChairof Surgery was going to round with the other students and I this afternoon. However, I found out that he has cancelled afternoon rounds!!!!
It doesn't sound like a big deal, but after having gotten to the hospital at 4am this morning, getting to go home early today is a God-send! I am so very very very happy!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally got "The Notebook" back from my friend! (not the movie, an actual notebook that she's had since like May!)
