I was just reading an article by Peter Coleridge in which the Oxfam's Middle East coordinator reveals his fears and hopes during five days as a hostage in Lebanon.
We all have in our life our moments of heaven and of hell: would you like to tell about an heavenly or an hellish situation you are living or lived in the past?

Hell is here on earth; Heaven is being with my Mom and my dog for Eternity and never be parted again and my Mom younger and healthy the way she used to be.

Just for the sake of reference, hell is a fiery place where people will cry and scream. Heaven is a place where Jesus sits at the right hand of God, we will be judged for our works, changed physically, no more pain or suffering.
I believe my hell was from the age of 4 -15 years old when I was abused physically, sexually, and verbally by my alcoholic father. My mother knew what was going on, but didn't intervene, and to this day she's in denial. Sometimes I see my father screaming in hell in the fiery pit, but it causes me no anguish.

The hellish situation when war came to lebanon last summer by israel in fact i'm still hearing the sound of planes and bridges collapsing i don't know anything about the wars before because i didn't witness them but i really felt frustrated and defeated and hopeless.as for the heavenlu situations it's when i'm swimming this is my all true pleasure and also when i succeeded in my class

Hell is the realisation that on bringing out your best vintage wines at the Christmas party, you had loaned out your only corkscrew to a friend last week!
Heaven is when a guest finds a corkscrew in a cracker!

Hell was childhood abuse by a father and a policeman and nobody believing me - all sort of hell has stemmed from this - It still sticks to the soles of my shoes like a sticky toffee paper.
Heaven is my partner who is unconditional love.

Heaven: Peace and quiet and all the time to read all the books and watch all the movies I want
Hell: Having my books and movies interrupted by constant phone calls...!

Hell would be having to eat wet bread - gag!!
Heaven would be sleeping all I want to and eating all the chocolate I want without gaining weight. Oh, and no more periods!
