so that i could fill water with glittering powder and floating seqins between them...then i want to stick the over a picture and make it look pretty
a) water shud not leak out
b)picture should not be spoilt

I think there are special small clear plastic bags or envelopes that are sold for doing this kind of thing for card making.

Not sure what they'd be called, but you could check out local or online places that sell card making supplies --or scrapbooking supplies or rubberstamping supplies) and ask them what they have, or where you might be able to find what you want.

You would have to have sides and a bottom to the container because you want to put a lot more in there than a thin sheet of water.

If it was just water, you could probably use capillary action but even that is not a permanent arrangement.

It will leak.

It will get on your picture.

have u heard of acrylic glass ?
u may find its manufacturing plant nearby. go to them and order a gass tank of ur size. remember in acrylic glass u cannot see its edges so u stay in an advantage. fill water and do the stuffs....
