I've never done that! I've been barefoot for over ten years because I like it and I don't care about fashion, but even when I still wore shoes (I was almost 29 when I started to go barefoot) I never wore uncomfortable shoes, except for one Halloween party. I have worn lots of uncomfortable things for costuming (glue-on ears and noses, Klingon headpieces, masks, alien antennae) but I do NOT wear ANYTHING that isn't comfortable for everyday wear, never did even in my teenage/twenties when I still tried to impress the guys. I would wear sort of fashionable boots or flats but never the narrow, pointy-toed ones or anything with a high heel.

I only wear shoes that hurt when I'm going somewhere fancy because I know my friends will go for my throat if they see me in sneakers.
And nice try the shoes are staying on.

I don't not wear ANYTHING that hurts (shoes,clothes or whatever).. That's INSANE! I have plenty of sexy shoes that fit! What is wrong with people these days? WHY would you go into a store a buy a size 7 when you wear a 9? INSANE....
I am told I have sexy feet. So yeah..I'll take my shoes off anytime!

A very interesting question!
I will not/do not wear uncomfortable shoes, and do not understand why women cram their feet into pointed shoes or wear 4-5" heels they can hardly walk in.

I don't wear shoes that hurt my feet at all. I don't have to impress anybody but myself. And whoever said beauty is pain, must not have been talking about me because I don't sacrifice my comfort for fashion. Its crazy what females will do just to gain attention

The same reason people get painful dental procedures and doctor's do painful cosmestic operations on Men and Women.....Because the pain is Temporary, but Looking Good and Feeling Confident...is a feeling that last forever!
Besides one of my favorite quotes is "No pain, No Gain"...lol.

every woman has a pair that hurts but think there the sexy shoes ever that draw attention.i have some boots they or so cute but they hurt
